Greenjets looking for a Commercial Lead to drive business growth by leading bids, managing customer relationships and converting opportunities into long-term contracts.
What Youll Do
* Qualify and manage new business opportunities.
* Lead end-to-end bid and proposal activity, including defence contracts and public tenders.
* Develop winning bid strategies and commercial propositions.
* Manage commercial negotiations and contract awards.
* Maintain customer relationships from pursuit through delivery and renewal.
* Identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, programme and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery.
What Were Looking For
* Experience in commercial, bid management or business development roles within aerospace, defence or another regulated sector.
* Proven success winning complex bids and tenders.
* Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of UK defence procurement is advantageous.
* Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
