We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Implementation Manager that excels in system configuration, data management and calculator development to support the deployment of cutting-edge pensions technology to new and existing clients.
Role Summary
You will design implementation roadmaps, considering change impacts to existing and new users, and associated risks to the client’s day-to-day operations to reduce service impact from implementation activities. This includes managing configuration quality, testing and data checks, troubleshooting client issues, and coordinating project teams to ensure tasks are delivered. You will also coach junior colleagues, contribute to documentation for project gates, and support the progression of internal platforms through analysis and specification work.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Lead end-to-end project management for software implementation, working one-on-one with client companies.
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time and successful software adoption.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, customer success) to align implementation strategies with client needs and expectations.
* Work closely with clients during the implementation process to address queries, concerns, and provide assistance.
* Ensure a thorough understanding of client needs to tailor the implementation process accordingly.
* Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external technical stakeholders.
* Collaborate with client companies to build strong working relationships, ensuring a smooth implementation process.
* Create and maintain reports that provide transparency into each implementation, tracking progress and identifying potential roadblocks.
* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to keep them informed about project status.
* Conduct standard training sessions on the platform for administrators before account sign-off and \"go live.\"
* Ensure clients are proficient in using the software to maximize its benefits.
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
* 3-5 years of hands-on implementation, customer success, project management, data management, data analytics, and calculator design.
* 3+ years of prior work experience as a SaaS within financial services and or Pensions space.
* Able to effectively collaborate, and communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
* End‑to‑end project lifecycle experience including RAID management.
* System testing/UAT experience and ability to analyse debugs.
* Strong Excel capability including pivots, lookups, macros and data imports.
* Understanding of pensions administration processes and scheme structures.
* Experience managing client relationships and using appropriate communication.
* Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
* Quality management capability including checklists and audits.
* Effective use of MS Project including dependencies and resource allocation.
Core Hours - 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday
Location - Remote
Day Rate - Competitive D.O.E via umbrella
Duration - 6 months with possibility to extend
