About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of launching, operating, and closing a premium pop-up boutique. You’ll elevate the client experience, drive commercial performance, and ensure flawless execution throughout the entire activation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the successful opening, daily running, and closure of the pop-up store
* Recruit, coach, and motivate a team to deliver luxury-level service and clientelling
* Drive sales performance through strong KPI management and commercial decision-making
* Maintain exceptional VM standards and uphold brand identity at every touchpoint
* Ensure operational compliance, stock accuracy, and smooth back-of-house processes
* Build strong client relationships to maximise conversion and repeat visits
* Represent the brand with confidence, polish, and professionalism
About You
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager within luxury or premium retail
* Able to inspire and develop a team quickly in a short-term, high-energy environment
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace
* Commercially sharp with a track record of delivering results
* Passionate about luxury service, storytelling, and creating memorable client experiences
* Available immediately or at short notice
