Are you an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant seeking a stable, long-term role in Blackpool?
Our inclusive Primary Academy is looking for a proactive and positive Year 5 General TA to join our team. This position begins on 1st June 2026 for the remainder of the summer term. This initial period provides a fantastic opportunity for you to settle into the school and secure the post for the full 2026/2027 academic year (September 2026 - July 2027).
The Candidate
We are looking for a professional who is committed to the development of our pupils. To be successful, you must have:
Prior School Experience: Essential experience working within a UK classroom setting.
Curriculum Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum to drive pupil attainment, specifically supporting Year 5 expectations.
A Positive Outlook: A "can-do" attitude and a passion for inclusive education.
Commitment: Excellent attendance and a desire for long-term consistency for our learners.

Salary Review: A scheduled rate review in April 2027 in line with any Minimum Wage updates.
