Workplace Pensions Associate
Salary up to £42,000 plus bonus & benefits

Our client is looking for an experienced Workplace Pensions Associate to join the team. This role will see you working closely with one of the firm’s Partners, supporting on larger, more complex clients, while also managing a portfolio of smaller corporate clients independently.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships, ensuring high service standards, and delivering on governance and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support a Partner in managing and servicing a portfolio of large and complex corporate pension clients.
* Take ownership of a selection of smaller clients, acting as the main point of contact
* Prepare and deliver governance reports, management information, and scheme reviews.
* Attend and contribute to client meetings, supporting with technical and administrative elements.
* Liaise with providers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure a seamless service.
* Ensure all work complies with FCA and internal governance standards.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience.
* Stay up to date with legislative changes within the workplace pensions and employee benefits market.
Requirements:
* Experience working within workplace pensions, group personal pensions (GPP), or DC consulting.
* Currently in an Associate Consultant, Senior Administrator, or Support Consultant position looking to step up.
* Confident in producing governance reports and interpreting data.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail
* A proactive and client-focused approach, able to manage multiple priorities.
