The Role
As an SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to provide targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. You will help create an engaging and nurturing atmosphere where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with additional learning needs
* Assist teachers in delivering differentiated learning activities
* Adapt classroom resources to meet individual pupil requirements
* Encourage independence, confidence, and active participation
* Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
* Support the social, emotional, and academic development of learners
