Requirements
We are always on the lookout for quality candidates with the following skills:
* Software engineering related academic background (preferred but not essential), so that you have a base level understanding of the software development lifecycle, how software evolves, and the qualities of well written software.
* Expertise in one or more major programming languages and associated frameworks or libraries (e.g. C, C++, Java, C#, .NET, Python, Golang, Javascript, Typescript, Swift, Kotlin, etc
* Design patterns - the ability to contribute to software design discussions at an object or class level, and then implement those designs.
* Quality core programming / implementation skills. We are interested in working with candidates that know what it takes to write software with all the good qualities like being robust, scalable, thread safe, extensible, reliable, maintainable, etc.

The majority of our roles are on a hybrid working basis, but we also have fully office -based and remote / flexible -working positions. Basic salaries typically range from 50k to 250k+ plus wide ranging benefits and bonuses. For very highly -skilled candidates, salaries can often exceed this stated range.
