Our pricing is performance-based — we get paid when we deliver results. With 30+ active clients, a team of 45+, and 10 of millions in managed ad spend, we're entering our next phase of growth and need someone to lead that charge.
The Role
We're hiring a Head of Growth to own MHI Media's revenue growth — new business acquisition, client expansion, partnerships, and positioning the agency as the go-to performance partner for scaling DTC brands.
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Founder. You'll shape the growth strategy and build the pipeline.
What You'll Do
* Own the growth engine — develop and execute the strategy for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving agency revenue
* Build and manage the sales pipeline — from outbound prospecting and inbound lead nurturing through to proposal, pitch, and close
* Position MHI in the market — drive the agency's brand, thought leadership, and presence across LinkedIn, events, partnerships, and industry communities
* Develop strategic partnerships — build referral networks, technology partnerships, and complementary service relationships that generate deal flow
* Collaborate with leadership — work closely with the Founder, Sales Director, and delivery teams to align growth targets with operational capacity
* Identify market opportunities — analyse trends in DTC, e-commerce, and performance marketing to spot new verticals, services, or geographies to pursue
* Report on growth metrics — pipeline value, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, churn, and revenue forecasts
What We're Looking For
Required:
* 4+ years in a growth, business development, or commercial leadership role — ideally within a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment
* Proven track record of closing £500K+ in annual new business revenue
* Strong understanding of paid media, DTC e-commerce, and the agency landscape
* Excellent communicator — you can pitch a room, write a compelling proposal, and build genuine relationships
* Strategic thinker who can also execute — you're comfortable building the playbook AND doing the work
* Data-driven — you make decisions based on pipeline metrics, conversion data, and market intelligence
* Self-starter who thrives with autonomy — this is a build-it role, not a maintain-it role
Preferred:
* Experience at a performance marketing, paid social, or creative agency
* Existing network in the DTC / e-commerce brand space
* Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
* Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads — enough to speak credibly with prospects
* Experience scaling an agency from £1M–£5M+ in revenue
