Base Salary: £37,152
Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £60,000!

About the Role
Be the friendly face of the UK's largest motoring organisation. You'll be the superhero to our members, ready for anything, anytime, anywhere, in any weather. Your goal is to get their day moving again and build confidence for drivers now and in the future.
Responsibilities
* A communicator: Master diagnostics and delight customers by sharing knowledge clearly and ensuring they feel safe and cared for.
* A self-starter: Work independently and as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
* A fixer/problem solver: Use your technical skills to solve issues, whether fixing roadside or recovering vehicles to garages, enabling customers to continue their day.
Requirements
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with experience.
* Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
