Lettings Negotiator – Benefits
* A basic salary of up to £28,000

Lettings Negotiator – Duties
* Play an active role in strengthening and promoting the company’s brand and reputation within the local property market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing landlords, ensuring their properties are let quickly, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Proactively generate interest in available properties, booking and conducting viewings with prospective tenants
* Confidently negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants to achieve successful outcomes for all parties
* Coordinate and manage all pre-tenancy paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Provide excellent customer service by handling incoming calls and emails from landlords and tenants in a professional and timely manner
Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
* Experience within a busy lettings agency is desirable
* Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
* Use of your own vehicle is essential for this role
* You will be a customer centric individual with a keen attention to detail, a team player who enjoys working collaboratively to ensure a quality and seamless service is provided.
