About Our Client
My client is a well established Public Service organisation.
Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Admin Assistant are: The jobholder will deal with a variety of administration streams, data analysis, scanning correspondence and updating the CRM (Customer Relations Management) system, and will be proactive in identifying process improvements, and will provide cover to other areas within the Customer Relations function as required.The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays, during core office hours.This is a very busy role and there will be a requirement to manage numerous tasks and prioritisework on an ongoing basis.

5. Ensuring that on an individual and team level the service we provide is efficient and reflects the expectations of our internal and external customers.
Supervision will be minimal, and the post holder will need to be able to use own initiative and be highly self-motivated.
