North Ceredigion Community Mental Health Centre and Ceredigion Intensive Assessment and Home Treatment Services
South Ceredigion Community Mental Health Team
Swn-y-Gwynt and Towy Valley Community Mental Health Team
Our Community Mental Health Centres, incorporate Secondary Care under the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010 and Intensive Assessment & Home Treatment Services.
You will be required to demonstrate a strong desire to deliver exemplary care to patients in these settings and uphold the Values of Hywel Dda Health Board.
You will possess proven experience in delivering, managing and leading services with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a flexible approach. The successful candidate will be forward thinking and have a demonstrable passion for service development and innovation as well as a commitment to co-production with our third sector partners.
The base for this post is in Ceredigion.
Travel will be required to support the service needs. You will also be part of our second on call service rota.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
