Job Description: Practice Nurse (4 Days per Week)
* Location: Driffeild
* Hours: 4 days per week
* Rate: £30 per hour
* Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
* Chronic Disease Management: Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Hypertension, etc.
* Treatment Room Duties: Wound care, dressings, cervical smears, immunizations, and injections.
* System Use: Proficient in SystemOne for patient records and clinical tasks.
* Patient Education: Provide advice on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle changes.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with GPs, other nurses, and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements:
* NMC registration.
* Experience in chronic disease management and treatment room procedures.
* SystemOne experience preferred.
* Immediate availability for 4 days per week.
