About the Opportunity Our client is a fast scaling ecommerce brand with big ambitions. Already trading successfully across the UK, EU and UAE, they're bringing their marketing inhouse to build a world class function that can scale with them.
This is a chance to step into a role where you'll have real ownership of paid media and play a pivotal role in driving growth across multiple markets. You won't just be running campaigns, you'll be shaping how the brand shows up, engages, and converts customers on a global stage.
The Role
Paid Media is the engine room of their growth strategy, and you will be the one driving it. From Meta to TikTok, from Google Ads to Amazon Search, you will take the lead on acquisition and performance campaigns testing, optimising, and scaling what works.
You will work with a creative, agile team, taking campaigns from concept to execution. Your performance will directly tie to revenue growth, making this role both commercially important and hugely rewarding for someone who thrives on results.
What You will Be Doing
* Owning paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, X) with significant budgets, laser focused on conversions.
* Designing and briefing conversion focused ad content that captures attention and drives action.
* Running continuous A/B testing to unlock higher ROI.
* Analysing performance data and translating it into smarter decisions on spend, targeting, and creative.
* Driving growth across Google and Amazon Paid Search with campaign optimisation, keyword management, and budget allocation.
* Exploring new opportunities across emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
What We Are Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in paid media, with hands on experience running and optimising paid social campaigns.
* A sharp creative eye with a feel for what content will perform.
* Commercially and analytically minded, comfortable turning large datasets into insights.
* Someone who thrives in a small, agile team and wants to make a big impact.
