Description Team Manager | 10286 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £50,166 to £54,277 per annum | Grade L | Norwich We are seeking an experienced and values driven Team Manager to lead a skilled and passionate team of Safeguarding Adults Practice Consultants committed to improving the quality of safeguarding practice across the department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a department whose practice approach is informed by Human Learning Systems and underpinned by relational practice. You will play a key role alongside two other Team Managers, in leading the safeguarding team to explore how safeguarding can be delivered in ways that are proportionate, person centred and responsive to complexity, as part of the wider departmental transformation programme. You will build strong, trusted relationships with managers and teams, using the expertise of the safeguarding team to influence practice improvement, support professional judgement and enable reflective learning. You will also support the development of test and learn approaches, helping shape what effective safeguarding looks like in practice.
