Role Summary
We are looking for Implementation Analysts to join our team to be a part of the continual evolution of the Compendia and Administrator systems and rollout of our software to our client. The team is responsible for the implementation of our Compendia and Administrator application to new clients both software and TPA, whilst also maintaining the model processes provided as part of the Compendia application, including legislative changes, ongoing maintenance and new developments.
It is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that is not only responsible for the core configuration of the system, but also working closely with the ongoing development, this includes contributing to development plans, reviewing enhancement requests, system rollouts and producing prototypes for new functionality.

Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
1. Being a SME of multiple aspects of the application
2. Obtaining Client and documenting requirements both internal and external
3. Analysing, documenting and estimating client requirements
4. Configuring and testing the Compendia Touch application
5. Enhancing, developing and promoting the Touch Model
6. Improving the implementation practices and procedures
7. Working closely with the development team to refine and improve the system
8. Supporting Project Management by leading a workstreams to oversee Client deliverables
9. Work collaboratively with customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle by leading or supporting with Client facing communications
10. Support Project Management by tracking work through our Agile development and release lifecycle
11. Support with visit customer sites when required, with the possibility of working on site for an extended period.
12. Supporting with training needs and deliver training to customers as part of project delivery.
13. Provide expertise and present demonstrations to prospective customers and colleagues from other parts of the business
14. Support in establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships and promoting the growth of new business from those customers.
15. Ensure AzureDev boards are upto date inc updating PM/ leads with progress updates
16. Work with an understanding of ongoing projects and the wider strategy for EQ Retirement Solutions
17. Attending 3 out of the 4 quarterly team meet ups
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
The role would be suited to someone with the following skills:
18. Technical ability in scripting and data manipulation
19. Software implementation, preferably in the pension or financial sectors
20. Experience of process-driven software configuration at UI and database level
21. Excellent, and audience-appropriate, verbal and written communication and presentation skills
22. Customer-focus and confidence working in new environments
23. Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail
24. Self-motivation and independent approach to work
25. Collaborative work ethic within internal and customer teams
Working knowledge of one or more of:
26. PL/SQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS
27. Data migration and data manipulation tools
28. Development practices and Agile methodology
29. Application architecture
