About the Role
As a Social Work Consultant within MASH, you will play a pivotal role in decision-making and risk assessment at the front door of children’s services. You’ll work closely with partner agencies to ensure timely and effective safeguarding responses, providing expert guidance and oversight to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support complex safeguarding enquiries and decision-making.
2. Provide professional supervision and mentoring to social workers within the team.
