Rowlands Pharmacy seeks an innovative Pharmacy Manager to lead an award-winning healthcare team in a bustling community pharmacy. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who excels in building relationships and is dedicated to providing a range of services.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively provide diverse services in a community pharmacy setting.
Lead and inspire the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Embrace change and contribute to new business initiatives.
Take ownership of the pharmacy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Utilize a “can-do” attitude to promote and deliver services within the team.
Requirements
Previous management experience, preferably in a community pharmacy.
MPharm degree or equivalent.
GPhC registration upon start date.
Location
Haslington, East Cheshire.
Working Hours
Monday-Friday: 9am-5.30pm (paid 20-minute break)
42.5 hours per week
