This role will be full-time on-site with one of our customers based in Antrim.
We also have offices in Dublin (HQ), Cork, and Galway.
Responsibilities:
* Provision of dedicated IT support to our customers.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose potential issues across hardware and systems, escalating to senior engineers or vendors when appropriate.
* Deliver support on issues of varying complexity across different sites.
* Set up and maintain new users within the client sites.
* Partner with the Account Manager to identify improvement projects and ensure outstanding service delivery.
* Understand and adhere to all compliance requirements on customer sites.
* Identify operational security changes to reduce risks.
* Be the first point of contact for customers, demonstrating customer focus, enthusiasm, ambition, and solution-oriented approach.
* Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
Required:
* 3+ years’ experience as an IT Engineer or IT Field Engineer, with proven experience within a Microsoft environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, switches, access points, VLANs, and VPNs.
* Azure knowledge is a plus.
* Excellent people skills, communication, and customer service abilities.
* Good English language skills with clear communication.
