About the role – Learning Support Assistant • Working as a Learning Support Assistant across a mixed age setting • Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and communication needs • Providing 1:1 support, small group work and general classroom support • Helping pupils stay engaged, follow routines and build confidence • Working closely with teachers and support staff • Term time only, with flexible placements available You’ll be part of a supportive environment where smaller groups, clear routines and strong pastoral care help pupils feel settled and ready to learn.
