We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Clinical Lead to join our Primary Care team at HMP Whatton, a category C prison located in Nottinghamshire.
The Primary Care Clinical Lead will have managerial responsibilities alongside some clinical decision-making. You will manage and lead a diverse team of 11 healthcare professionals, including nurses, assistant practitioners, and healthcare assistants. You will oversee clinical indicators such as QOF, NEWS2, MUST, PEAR, etc., and provide strong leadership and direction within a primary care setting, particularly within a prison environment.
Hours:
* Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week (flexible to condense over 4 days)
Salary
This position is full-time. You’ll receive an annual salary between £49,848 - £55,996 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
