What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing executive support to leadership, including managing communications and scheduling tasks
* Contacting municipalities and utility companies to gather property-related information
* Preparing, submitting, and reviewing contracts for land purchases and leases
* Coordinating bank closings and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
* Researching real estate opportunities and compiling supporting information
* Drafting and assembling legal documents prior to attorney review
* Handling general administrative and project support tasks as needed
