Salary: £28k to £32k per annum (depending on experience).
We are working with an enterprise dedicated to delivering best in class print and communications solutions to solve all client problems. They are on the search for an Account Manager whose job will be to bring the spark to the relationship at all levels, adding real value and seamless delivery of integrated print solutions.
The Role
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting an important account, serving as a safe pair of hands for client and in-house production team alike. You will be the face of the organisation and must have a deep understanding of its model and how to add value. You will get to know this account inside out and anticipate needs before they arise.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that the needs of the client are understood and communicated effectively across creative and production teams for highly integrated and collaborative work.
* Build a strong relationship with the client and develop a deep understanding of their business.
* Apply problem‑solving abilities to interrogate issues and work with creative and production teams to deliver work that is creative, strategic and results‑driven.
* Oversee the holistic project and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to deliver a highly integrated response.
* Strive for the best quality work and maintain true collaboration and partnership with the client.
