An established and forward-thinking financial planning firm is seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work closely with Financial Planners, providing high-quality technical support and helping deliver exceptional client outcomes.
The Role
* Draft detailed and compliant suitability reports in collaboration with Financial Planners.
* Liaise with advisers to ensure all client information is accurate and complete.
* Interpret adviser meeting notes and prepare suitable recommendations with precision and care.
* Provide technical guidance to advisers to support positive client outcomes.
* Ensure all work meets company compliance standards and FCA requirements.
* Maintain accurate workflow records and case files to departmental standards.
* Obtain and analyse existing policy data, prepare research, and source relevant illustrations.
* Collaborate effectively with Client Support and administration teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
* Maintain up-to-date technical and industry knowledge.
About You
* Previous experience in a Paraplanning or similar technical role within financial services.
* Strong understanding of FCA rules and compliance requirements.
* Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards).
* High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and report-writing skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Proficient with financial planning and CRM systems.
* Able to manage own workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
