Fully qualified accountant (ICAEW, ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent).
10+ years of experience in accounting or financial services.
Strong technical expertise in IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
Proven experience managing large, complex client portfolios.
Extensive experience in financial services, including funds or investment structures.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing senior teams and multiple engagements.
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing engagement profitability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
