The Role
The Executive Support Manager supports the CEO in driving business priorities, improving operations, and supporting the smooth day?to?day running of the company. This role blends strategic support with hands on administrative responsibilities.
Duties will include:
1. Support the CEO with strategic planning, business analysis, and tracking key priorities.
2. Lead and coordinate cross?functional projects to ensure timely delivery.
3. Improve operational processes and manage business reporting rhythms.
4. Provide executive administrative support, including diary management, meeting preparation, minutes, and follow?up actions.
5. Draft internal and external communications, reports, and presentations.
6. Manage logistics, documentation, and confidential records.
7. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
Essential Criteria
8. Significant proven experience in executive support management at C level in a professional services environment or similar.
9. Strong track record of working with senior key internal stake holders.
10. Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills.
11. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
12. Competent with Microsoft 365 tools and general office administration, with working knowledge of generic AI tools such as ChatGPT and/or Copilot.
13. Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
