Salary: up to £55,000 + company car / allowance
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Overview
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge with a growing and dynamic company? Our client is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in managing electrical installation projects. The successful candidate will have experience with health and safety regulations, risk assessments, managing multiple projects, reading technical drawings, and conducting site surveys for modifications.
Project Manager Responsibilities
1. Project scoping, costing, contract review, and negotiation
2. Project planning including engineer resourcing (internal or sub-contract) and pre-requisite engineer training/certification
3. Pre-let meetings and site surveys
4. Project initiation including risk assessment, method statements, and H&S procedures
5. Ensure project progress aligns with plan and budget
6. Identify and manage variations, including costing, quotes, and client approval
7. Liaise between install team, back office technical team, and client to resolve technical issues
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* CSCS/SSSTS Card Holder
* Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings
* Prince2 / PMP certification
* Previous experience managing various projects
* Good knowledge of Excel
