Receptionist Sale c£24,000K doe 35 hour working week An established law firm close to sale are seeking a proven Receptionist to join their friendly team. Key duties will include: Based in a busy, corporate front of house area duties include meeting and greeting clients and visitors into the business and preparing refreshments Answering inbound calls to the business in a professional and friendly manner, transferring the relevant persons and sending detailed messages via email when not available Dealing with incoming post and outgoing franking to the business Opening new client files, setting up new case files and client care letters Assisting with all other legal administration as required on a daily basis This is a lovely role for an experienced Receptionist/administrator who prides themselves on their excellent communication, English and grammar skills, who wants to join a firm where they are valued, progression opportunities into legal Administration or Legal Secretarial work if you wish to pursue!
