We have an exciting opportunity to join our Business Support Team who sit at the heart of our organisation. The team provides a range of administrative and governance services to our technical teams and local Internal Drainage Boards across a range of topics from navigation to consent for development with a lot of variety in between.
We are open to applications from candidates with previous administration experience, those just starting out on their career path or those somewhere in between. More importantly we want someone who is a team player with ability to prioritise workload and undertake a wide variety of tasks who is willing and eager to learn.
A good understanding of english and mathematics is required as well as being conversant with microsoft office programs, Teams and Sharepoint. Previous experience in a customer-facing role will be beneficial as you will be the first point of engagement for the majority of our customers. Knowledge of telephone systems and franking machines would be desirable. Training will be provided to further develop skills and facilitate progression within the business if required.
