3 Fixed Term Contracts up to 12 months – 2 positions at Plymouth Combined Court and 1 position at Torquay County Court. Applications for part‑time working will be considered; minimum days required per week is four full days.

Work travel expenses will be paid in accordance with organisational policies.
Role Responsibilities
* Prepare papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings.
* Create and update records on our in‑house computer system and perform data input.
* Record court results accurately, interpreting information required on a court file.
* Check and verify documents, records, accounts, claims and returns for approval, results, statistics, plans etc. against criteria, regulations or procedures.
* Collect and assemble information for returns, results, accounts, statements, warrants, statistical analysis, reports etc.
* Communicate with the public, the judiciary, other court and tribunal users and representatives of other agencies and organisations.
Skills and Experience
* Friendly and approachable manner.
* Excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
* Desire to deliver proactive and effective support to customers by phone and email.
* Skilled in organising time, prioritising efficiently, able to multi‑task and adapt to using various software packages.
* Enjoy working in a busy environment and helping court users navigate the justice system.
