We’re looking for a talented Programmatic Graphic Designer to join our creative & marketing team. This is a hybrid role combining digital graphic design with the technical know how to build dynamic, data-driven creative for programmatic campaigns. You’ll design marketing materials for our own brand as well as high performing digital ads for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Designing marketing assets for our own brand — including social graphics, website visuals, presentations, and collateral.
* Creating static, animated, and HTML5 display ads for programmatic campaigns.
* Working with Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) platforms to produce and adapt creative variations.
* Collaborating closely with account managers, clients, and our ad operations team to deliver campaigns on brief, on brand, and on time.
* Preparing artwork for delivery in multiple formats, ensuring compliance with specs and file size limits.
* Keeping up to date with industry design trends, formats, and ad-tech capabilities.
Skills and Behaviours
* 2–5 year’s experience in a similar graphic design role, ideally in a programmatic or digital environment.
* A strong portfolio showing both creative flair and technical skill.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
* Experience with HTML5 ad creation — familiarity with tools like Google Web Designer or similar is a plus.
* Understanding of DCO process and workflow, or a willingness to learn the technical skills required.
* Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
* Good working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets — comfortable using formulas, organising datasets, and managing content feeds to power dynamic ads.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
