Following continued growth and increased demand for their platform, they are now looking to hire a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of their fraud and transaction monitoring capabilities.
The Role:
This position will focus on owning and developing the technical backbone of fraud and monitoring systems, with an emphasis on building scalable, real-time detection capabilities.
You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, data, and risk teams to design and improve systems that process high volumes of transactional data, enabling effective and efficient identification of risk signals.
Requirements / Responsibilities :
* Strong background in building or supporting systems focused on risk, monitoring, or high-volume data processing
* Possess experience in FinTech / RegTech environments with an understanding of subjects such as Fraud, KYC / AML or similar
* Experience working with large-scale data environments and complex data flows
* Solid understanding of event-driven or asynchronous system design
* Comfortable working closely with engineering teams on production-grade systems
* Good knowledge of how detection logic or rule-based systems are structured and improved over time
* Exposure to working in regulated environments or domains with compliance considerations
* Previous experience leading projects or managing individuals
