Salary: £22,170 - 24,190 per year Requirements: Good understanding of configuration control and asset management principles and systems Strong IT experience Experience dealing with external contractors, including risk assessments and booking with security and reception Strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for generating technical material Supportive and helpful approach with a calm and professional manner, even under pressure or with last-minute changes Awareness of budgetary management is useful Knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not essential Responsibilities: Provide technical administration support to the ESS & Mechanical Team to ensure programmes are met to agreed time, cost, and quality requirements Update and control company equipment records, including archiving and transfer activities Carry out costing activities alongside ESS engineers Generate and update technical documentation such as calibration specifications and proving documents Process facility documentation including configuration control and external visitor paperwork Liaise with Design and Manufacturing Engineering on equipment documentation issues Assist in periodic competency monitoring checks on engineering certification documentation Raise and process purchase requisitions to assist engineers in the procurement of items to support engineering activities Technologies: Excel Support SAP Security More: We are offering an opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract basis in Bolton.
