We’re looking for adaptable and enthusiastic people to work in schools on a supply basis from now until summer.
It’s the perfect chance to:
• Gain classroom confidence
• Learn behaviour management skills
• Discover which age groups suit you best
• Build relationships with local schools
• See if education is the right fit for you
A typical day could involve:
• Supporting lessons across the classroom
• Working with small intervention groups
• Helping pupils who need extra encouragement
• Keeping children engaged and motivated
You don’t need formal school experience already.
If you’ve worked with people, stayed calm under pressure, and can bring positive energy into a room, you’re already bringing valuable skills.
Looking for a September role too?
While you’re gaining experience on supply, we’ll also keep an eye out for full-time opportunities that match what you’re looking for.
Many candidates use supply as a stepping stone into permanent school roles, and schools often prefer staff they already know and trust.
Why people choose Protocol Education:
• Flexible work that fits around your life
• Weekly PAYE pay
• Free training opportunities
• Local schools and local support
• Opportunities ready for September starts
