Job Purpose
To deliver hands‑on IT support across Prada Group Retail locations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations through responsive technical assistance, hardware and software maintenance, and user lifecycle management in close collaboration with the IT Manager.
Position Details
This is a full‑time and on‑site position based in our London Head Office.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to the business in managing telephone, ticket and email requests from users in support of the IT Manager.
* Support all business locations for all brands, which include Prada, Miu Miu, Church’s Footwear and Marchesi Café.
* Ensure that calls, tickets and emails for support are dealt with promptly and appropriately.
* Escalated to the relevant group.
* Prepare and maintain existing hardware and software to agreed standards.
* Inventory and asset management of business devices.
* Work with the manager to create and complete business orders.
* User onboarding and offboarding activities.
Knowledge And Skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage short delivery times and tight deadlines.
Strong relationship‑building skills across teams and locations.
High‑volume handling capability in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Technical proficiency in: PC, printers, and Microsoft environments. SAP systems
iPhones, Office tools, and ERP platforms.
Retail IT experience, ideally with exposure to multisite operations.
Education in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in retail IT.
