Lettings Negotiator
Location: Central Bristol
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking property company who are looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their vibrant team. Based in a stylish, modern office in the heart of Central Bristol, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about property and people.
This role would suit a driven individual who enjoys building relationships, exceeding targets, and playing a key role in helping tenants find their perfect home.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conducting property viewings and following up with applicants to maximise lets
2. Liaising with landlords and tenants to successfully match applicants with suitable properties
3. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and applicants
4. Advising landlords and tenants on rental values, market conditions, and lettings legislation
5. Managing the full lettings process from enquiry through to move-in, including referencing and tenancy agreements
6. Ensuring all properties meet compliance requirements and are marketed to a high standard
7. Keeping applicant databases and CRM systems accurate and up to date
8. Handling enquiries confidently and professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face
Essential Skills & Experience
9. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a competitive, customer-facing role (lettings experience highly desirable)
10. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
11. Target-driven with a strong customer-first mindset
12. A genuine passion for property and lettings
13. Solid understanding of lettings regulations and processes
14. Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
15. Good local knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas (or living within 5 miles)
16. Full, clean UK driving licence
