Apex Housing Association (Apex) provides housing, care and support for the needs of the whole community in a variety of settings across Northern Ireland.
Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate diploma) or above and a current member of a recognised accountancy body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent)
A minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience of managing staff and evidence of reporting directly to Senior Management /Board.
Demonstrable experience of preparing Annual Accounts for an organisation with a minimum turnover of £10 million.
Or
Demonstrable experience of preparing Treasury Management Reports for an organisation with a minimum turnover of £10 million.
