This role ensures the cafes operate as high-quality, sustainable social enterprises, delivering excellent customer service, quality food and drink, and strong financial and operational performance
A core element of the role is supported employment. The Hospitality Manager will create, oversee, and deliver meaningful work-based opportunities for Trainees and employees with learning disabilities and/or neurodivergence. This includes providing on-the-job training, structured support, and progression opportunities, enabling individuals to develop skills, confidence and pathways towards employment.
This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing commercial business management with inclusive, person-centred support that strives to make a real difference within the community in breaking down barriers to employment for adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.
