Location: Willerby | Hybrid (1-2 days onsite per week)

Salary: £30k, plus a discretionary annual bonus recognising your individual contribution to the company’s success.

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week


About the Role

We’re looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join our team and ensure our HR systems are operating efficiently and support business needs. Reporting into theHCM Systems and Data Analyst, you’ll be the go‑to expert for system configuration, data integrity, and reporting, playing a key role in improving how we use people data and ensuring our HR platform continues to meet evolving business needs.


What You’ll Be Doing


HR Systems & Data

* Day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and optimisation of our HR system.
* Manage user access, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and data tables.
* Support Time & Attendance processes to enable accurate payroll inputs.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all system records.


Reporting & Analytics

* Create and deliver complex reports for HR and business leaders.
* Extract and analyse data for dashboards and ad-hoc requests.
* Maintain accuracy and integrity of all HR data.


Process Improvement

* Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
* Regularly validate and cleanse data to ensure high standards.
* Partner with HR and business teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
* Provide training, user guides, and ongoing support for system users.


About you

* Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with complex datasets.
* Confident communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Motivated by improving systems, processes, and data quality.
* Organised, methodical, and proactive in solving problems.
* Experience administering or supporting business systems (HR, payroll, or people systems preferred).
* Strong hands‑on experience with data management, reporting, and analysis, including working with large datasets and maintaining data integrity.
* Proven ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot system functionality (e.g. users, workflows, fields, dashboards).
* Experience producing accurate, high‑quality reports for stakeholders using tools such as Excel or system reporting suites.
* Proficient in Excel.
* Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to work.
* Experience in managing and maintaining HR systems.
* SQL Experience.
* Power BI Knowledge.

* Full training on our HR system (Mitrefinch).
