1st Line Support Engineer - Brighton | MSP Environment
We're working with a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Brighton who is looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to their growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role with great training and progression opportunities.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for client IT issues - anything from password resets and Outlook hiccups to trickier troubleshooting. You'll work within a structured escalation process and be supported by a collaborative team. Perfect for someone with 6-18 months of IT support experience or a strong IT foundation looking to step into the MSP world.
What You'll Need
* Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
* Experience or exposure to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
* Understanding of Active Directory, basic networking, and remote support tools
* Confident communicator (written & verbal)
* A genuine enthusiasm for tech and problem-solving
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
* IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.)
* Prior MSP experience
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.)
