The Role As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in leading the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, and providing strategic insight to support business decision-making. This is a hands-on role with both operational and strategic responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial analysis Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial planning processes Lead and develop a small finance team Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies About You You do not have to be qualified to apply for this role. Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role desirable.
