Role and responsibilities
•Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, via various methods such as face to face, video and telephone
•Manage the entire application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
•As a self-employed Adviser, you will be building your own business, giving you control over your role and your earnings
Requirements
•Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser (1 year required), with a track record of successful client outcomes
•CeMAP qualification or equivalent
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
•Preferably based in or near the Bristol area for office collaboration
•Delivery of satisfactory compliance and quality requirements
