* DBS on Update: Must have an up-to-date DBS check.

This tutor role involves:
1. Planning lessons and resources tailored to the student's needs, including core subjects and life skills;
2. Planning and delivering engaging sessions;
3. Applying skills to boost pupils' confidence;
4. Managing children with challenging behaviour;
5. Tracking the learning progress of students to achieve their goals and providing monthly reports;
6. Potentially engaging in outdoor activities such as learning about plants and nature;
7. Using visuals to communicate effectively in some cases.
