Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process
2. Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
3. Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent communication and support
4. Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation
5. Ensure high standards of vehicle presentation and showroom environment
6. Provide detailed product knowledge and offer tailored recommendations
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. Previous experience in car sales within a dealership environment
8. Strong background in delivering outstanding customer service
9. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
10. Confident, professional, and well-presented approach
11. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
12. Competent with IT systems and general administration
13. Full UK driving licence required
