About the Role:
We are seeking a hardworking Legionella Risk Assessor in the Midlands to cover a range of commercial, local authority, and public sector contracts. You will join a leading Legionella / Water Hygiene company with a national presence and a busy portfolio. The role may require travel to client sites and offers excellent training opportunities. Candidates based in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Worcester, Solihull, Rugby, Nuneaton, Daventry, Leicester, Coalville, Loughborough, Nottingham, Derby, Burton upon Trent, Stafford, Corby, Northampton, Wellingborough, Nottingham, Beeston, Derby, Mansfield, Melton Mowbray, Telford are considered.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold systems
* Qualified with City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
* Knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 guidelines
* Hands-on plumbing / water hygiene experience is beneficial
* Experience working across various client sites
* IT literacy
* Good written communication skills
* Flexibility to travel as required
Responsibilities:
* Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments following ACOP L8 standards
* Focus on domestic hot & cold systems
* Write detailed reports with risks and remedial recommendations
* Meet with clients on-site to discuss findings and answer questions
* Perform water sampling and temperature monitoring as needed
* Represent the company professionally
* Adhere to project timescales
Additional Information:
