Hays are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Transformation Lead to drive a critical project for a client in the Exeter area: the implementation of a new finance system within their organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a major change initiative and shape the future of our finance operations.Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the transition from QuickBooks to a new ERP system.
2. Oversee system selection, implementation, and integration.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth migration and process optimisation.
4. Provide training and support to finance teams during the transition.
5. Ensurepliance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) – essential.
7. Proven experience in finance transformation and ERP implementation.
8. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
9. Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight timelines.
