Join one of the UK’s leading fuel distributors and help drive the continued success of their fuel card division. This role focuses on outbound telesales, engaging with new clients over the phone regarding fuel card usage.
Package
* £25k base salary
* £5k commission (uncapped)
* One-stage interview process in the first week of September
The Role
We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our fuel card sales team at our Head Office in Hartlepool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys selling, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of our expanding fuel card business.
Responsibilities
* Outbound Sales: Proactively contact prospects via calls and emails to generate new business.
* Lead Conversion: Follow up on warm inbound leads and nurture prospects to conversion.
* Account Growth: Engage with new accounts post-sale to ensure smooth onboarding, promote early usage, and maximize potential.
* CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, manage call-backs, and keep accurate records in our CRM system.
* Retention-Focused Sales: Use a consultative approach to build trust and encourage long-term loyalty.
