We are supporting a high-tech manufacturing business looking to hire a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support the maintenance and performance of advanced production equipment, including laser systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys complex fault finding, working at component level, and keeping critical equipment running in a fast-paced environment. Core duties:
* Maintaining and repairing high-precision production equipment
* Diagnosing electrical and electronic faults (down to component level)
* Supporting installation, calibration, and upgrades of equipment
* Driving improvements in reliability, uptime, and performance
About you:
* Background in electrical/electronic engineering
* Strong experience in maintenance and fault-finding
* Comfortable working with complex manufacturing equipment
* Proactive, problem-solving mindset
