Business Change Manager (Programme Manager) Location: This is a Hybrid role. Whiteley, Hampshire Clearance Required: This role will require attainment and maintenance of SC clearance Leidos is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the successful outcomes of a major, complex programme. Working closely with our customer and their Business Change function, you will align programme activities with business change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of new progresses and technologies. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and a strong understanding of change management frameworks, including Prosci and ADKAR. The role: Act as the primary interface between the programme and the customer’s Business Change function. Align programme deliverables and timelines with business change activities to ensure readiness and successful adoption. Apply change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) to support organisational readiness and minimise resistance. Accountable for the development and maintenance of Business Change deliverables including change impact assessments, communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies. Manage feedback loops and ensure actions are tracked to resolved to support change objectives. Build strong relationships across internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders. Provide clear reporting on change progress, risks and mitigation strategies. What does Leidos need from me? Proven experience delivering business change within complex programmes, ideally in a systems integrator environment. Strong knowledge of change management frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills, including experience working with senior leadership. Ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across multiple workstreams. Familiarity with programme governance and contractual obligations.
