Role Overview
As a Creative Artworker at Live & Breathe, you’re the bridge between design and delivery. You turn creative ideas into technically perfect files – adapting layouts, retouching visuals and ensuring everything we produce is flawlessly finished and beautifully presented. You care about the details, know your way around multiple formats, and are confident rolling out campaigns across toolkits, POS, digital and print. You’re collaborative, calm under pressure, and proud of your role in bringing the agencies best work to life.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Vision and Craft
* Develop and adapt creative designs into fully finished artwork.
* Support the development of creative toolkits and asset libraries.
* Retouch digital imagery to an excellent industry standard.
* Resizing visuals, ensuring consistency and precision.
* Maintain quality control across all final outputs.
Creative Effectiveness and Client Leadership
* Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines, technical specifications and quality standards.
* Collaborate with creatives and producers to clarify requirements and solve problems.
* Flag any inconsistencies or issues proactively.
Team Leadership and Culture
* Support junior artworkers and help improve workflows.
* Contribute to smooth collaboration between design and production.
* Champion precision, pride and craftmanship.
Operations and Agency Contribution
* Maintain file hygiene, naming conventions and export processes.
* Stay updated on software, format and output requirements.
* Support pitches and internal assets when needed.
Skills And Experience
* Experience in an agency environment.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
* Experience in digital display, social, POSM, print and toolkits in Power Point.
* Familiarity with proofing systems and final production specs.
* Confident in using the latest Ai platforms such as Gemini, Nano Banana etc.
* Experience handling 3D files from Dimensions, C4D & Blender.
* Basic motion experiences a bonus.
